Exchanges/Refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the order was received. Therefore, please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions on the returns portal. For faulty returns, please contact us!

Items must be returned in all original packaging (including bag) and in "as new condition". All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your returns form within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid labels and ask customers to cover the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We suggest using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage until we receive your return. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.

Please note we only offer full refunds on full priced item(s) or item(s) purchased with a discount code of 15% and less . Sale items can be exchanged or returned for an e-gift voucher. 

Orders placed which meet the free shipping threshold amount that are then returned and as a result, no longer meet the free shipping amount threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 -7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@carpeomnialifestyle.comso we can investigate this for you.

We offer 24 and 48 hour delivery to the UK on orders placed before 12:00.

Our website is fully secure so there is no need to worry about data being compromised. We use stripe to process orders to ensure personal information is kept confidential.

Once an order is received it will be despatched on the same day once it is ordered before 12:00. You will then receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your parcel.

When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email along with your order details. You will also be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
